One of you (Neo?) touched on something I've been brooding on for quite some time...the way the Western Left fetishizes failure. In my fashionably left-wing family, the Spanish Civil War was the great moral touchstone...the Great Lost Cause.
I'd love to hear a deeper discussion of this, and you're the guys to do it.
